Design & layout
We walk the property, measure the roofline and lay out the run before anything is ordered. You approve the look and the fixed price first.
Commercial-grade LED
Not big-box strings. Commercial C9 and mini-LED cut to length for your house, with matched clips that leave no holes and no staples.
Installation
Roofline, peaks, columns, trees and landscape. Clean runs, hidden cords, every connection weather-sealed for Gulf Coast humidity.
Timers set
On at dusk, off when you sleep. Set once at install - no app to babysit, no plug to remember.
In-season service
A section goes dark or a storm pulls a run loose, we come back out. Service calls during the season are included.
Takedown & storage
Everything down in January and stored labeled and boxed for your house, so next season is a re-hang, not a rebuild.

The hardware
Which bulb goes where.
The big traditional bulb, about the size of a thumb. Cut to length and clipped one per foot so the line reads cleanly from the street. Commercial grade LED, not the big-box strings that fail in Gulf humidity.
Small bulbs on a thin flexible wire that wraps tight around a trunk or post without bulking up. Spaced closer for a continuous glow rather than dots.
Set low along the edge so they light the path rather than glare at the street, and pulled at takedown with everything else.
Pre-lit and mounted on tension fittings that leave no marks on the door or the stone.
You pick the colour. Which bulb goes where is decided by the surface, not by taste — a C9 is too heavy for a palm frond and a mini disappears on a roofline from the street.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Sarasota?
Most Sarasota homes land between $1,100 and $2,000 for a first season. That covers design, commercial-grade lights cut to your roofline, installation, timers, service during the season, takedown in January, and off-season storage. Larger rooflines, two-story fronts and heavy tree work cost more. You get a fixed price in writing before anything is ordered.
When should I book?
Early October. Sarasota installers fill their October calendars first, and homes booked after early November usually cannot be lit before Thanksgiving. Booking early also means you choose your install week instead of taking what is left.
Do I own the lights, or are they rented?
We buy the lights for your house and cut them to your roofline. They stay with your account and we store them in the off-season, which is why a returning home costs roughly half the first-year price - the measuring and cutting is already done.
What is included in the price?
Design and layout, commercial-grade LED lights and clips, installation, timer setup, service calls during the season if anything goes out, takedown in January, and storage until next season. Electricity is on the homeowner.
How do payments work?
Half at booking to reserve your install week and order materials, and the balance on or before install day. You get a written scope and a fixed price first - nothing is billed by the hour.
Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use shingle and gutter clips sized to the fixture, never staples and never nails. Everything comes off in January and there is nothing left behind.
What happens if a section goes out mid-season?
You call us and we come back out. Service calls during the season are included in the price, not billed as extras.
